Before You Make the Move

Considering a change to get growth back on track?

Before you invest more in outbound, replace an agency, hire another growth leader, or change your go-to-market approach, it pays to check whether that move will produce the result you’re expecting.

Spend 25 minutes with me looking at one growth decision you’re considering. You’ll leave with a clearer view of the decision and the most important thing to verify before you commit.

No presentation, company audit, or prep required.

One decision. Three questions.

Here’s how we’ll use the 25 minutes.

1. What’s driving the decision?
What you’re thinking about changing, and what you need that change to accomplish.

2. What would need to be true?
The assumptions connecting the move to the growth you expect.

3. What else has to happen?
If the move works, what has to go right across marketing, sales, targeting, and execution for it to turn into real growth. It’s the step most growth plans skip.

You’ll leave with three things

A perspective: whether the move looks directionally sound, based on what we cover.

A consideration: what might keep it from producing the result you want.

A next step: the most important thing to verify before you commit more time, money, or headcount.

And if your current plan looks solid? I’ll tell you that too.

A good fit if you’re weighing a move like…

  • Putting more money into outbound

  • Replacing your marketing agency

  • Hiring a sales, marketing, or growth leader

  • Changing your target market or positioning

  • Adding a new acquisition channel

  • Fixing conversion somewhere in the funnel

Haven’t settled on a move yet? That’s okay. If you’re actively thinking through how to get growth back on track, this still works.

Looking for cold-email tactics or a free campaign review? This probably isn’t the right fit.
